low melting point of 660C, and oxy or oxy-acetylene torches can get that high. There are shops that do wheel fixing only (i know of one around here). Usually runs $150 or more a wheel anyway, so maybe easier to turn in the aluminum for some money and buy a new one. Just my two-cents. Good luck.
